About Downtown Dubai: the back story
Downtown Dubai is built around Burj Lake: Burj Khalifa rises on one side, The Dubai Mall fills another, and Souk Al Bahar and the Opera District face them across the water.
The tower and the lake
At the Top on levels 124–125 and the deck on level 148 look out over the desert and the sea; the Fountain plays every 30 minutes from 6pm.
Eating
At.mosphere is on level 122; Jamavar (One MICHELIN Star) is in the Opera District and Siraj in Souk Al Bahar.
Book At the Top for late afternoon, then stay for the Fountain.
Our advice: an early-evening deck slot, then dinner by the lake.
