Hatta is part of Dubai, in the Hajar Mountains towards the Omani border. Its dam holds a green lake between the peaks, and Hatta Wadi Hub runs outdoor activities nearby (visithatta.com).
The dam
Kayaks and paddleboards go out on the lake; Dubai Stand-Up Paddle is held there on 7–8 November 2026.
