Atlantis The Royal stands on Crescent Road at the tip of Palm Jumeirah. The MICHELIN Guide describes it as a Three MICHELIN Key hotel (6 October 2026). Its restaurants include Dinner by Heston Blumenthal (One MICHELIN Star), Ariana’s Persian Kitchen, Carbone and Jaleo by José Andrés, the chef’s first Jaleo outside the United States. Atlantis says 44 of its suites and penthouses have private pools; Cloud 22, the rooftop pool, runs 90 metres across the sky, 96 metres above the Palm (the resort’s own website).
